When you do business with Ted Potter, owner/operator of Tech Marin you get an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. If you are not delighted with Ted’s work, you are not obligated to pay him.

Whether by phone or in person, the service starts off with you explaining your problem or issue, and what you want to accomplish. Ted reaches into the wisdom acquired from 30 years of doing tech support, and makes recommendations to the best of his knowledge and ability. If he can’t help you, he will tell you right away, and there is absolutely no cost or obligation. You get up to one hour on the phone, working on solving the problem. That effort usually either fixes the problem, or defines the path forward towards solution. Once the service is completed, you decide whether you want to pay Ted for what he did for you. An hour is $85, but it is entirely up to you whether to pay Ted!  He only takes payments by cash or  check, when clients are happy to pay him.  If you choose to not pay Ted, it is entirely up to you. This way you have absolutely no risk in asking Ted for help. You will only pay him if you want to.
