error message when trying to add pop3 account in gmail

received an error message stating the functionality was unavailable and to contact the domain administrator. Spoke with the ISP to verify the problem was not on their side. This was confirmed also by using a different pop3 account for testing. This test failed the same using both a different pop3 account and a different gmail for work account.

Contacted gmail for work support group. We reset the correct control and waiting for two hours. At that time we were able to add the pop3 account to our gmail for work domain. Thank you google for the paid support.
